• Company Information: company name, contact details, physical address.
• Shipper Information: shipment details including pickup, delivery, cargo, value, and rates.
• Carrier Information: bids, vehicle data, insurance, compliance information.
• Driver Information: CDL, MC number, location data, insurance, and uploaded files.
• Location Information: real-time or approximate location via GPS, IP, or WiFi.

Automatic Information Collection

• Usage data, logs, preferences, and communications
• Device and browser information
• Metadata and stored file information
• Precise or approximate location data

3. HOW DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION?

• Directly from Users during registration or support requests
• Automatically through use of the Platform
• From third parties you authorize (shippers, carriers, drivers)

We do not sell user data.

Services are intended for use in the United States. Users accessing from other countries consent to data transfer to the U.S.
