Building the foundation for autonomous freight operations.

We build agentic AI systems, enterprise software, and operational infrastructure to power the next era of freight execution - where workflows run autonomously and teams focus on higher-value decisions.

Our DNA

Built by operators. Tested in live operations.

Our founding team built supply chain systems at Walmart - where execution at scale meant discipline, auditability, and zero tolerance for drift. We carry that standard into everything we build.

Production-first

We run a freight brokerage to battle-test our systems on live loads before they reach customers.

Guardrails by design

Every AI action operates within customer-defined policies. Full audit trails. Your rules, enforced.

Human-in-the-loop

Execution scales autonomously. Decisions and exceptions route to your team.

Cofounders

Syed Aman

CEO & Co-Founder
Before founding Hwy Haul, Aman successfully built and led several multi-$B initiatives at Walmart as the Director of Supply Chain, and spearheaded warehouse automation and robotics initiatives for Fortune 200 companies including GAP, Target, Samsung, and DHL. At Hwy Haul, Aman is leading the charter to make freight autonomous. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India.

Sharan Grewal

CTO & Co-Founder
Sharan is an AI enthusiast and engineering leader with deep experience architecting enterprise-grade supply chain and logistics systems. Before co-founding Hwy Haul, he built and scaled multiple mission-critical supply chain systems where ambiguity, downtime, or inconsistent behavior directly translated into operational failure. At Hwy Haul, Sharan leads the architecture of the company’s agentic AI platform and end-to-end execution infrastructure. He holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Computer Science.

Zahed Khan

COO & Co-Founder
Zahed Khan brings more than 30 years of hands-on experience across the produce supply chain, from origin through distribution and delivery. In environments where timing determines freshness, he has seen how small execution gaps quickly turn into waste, cost, and broken trust. As COO, Zahed translates real-world operational constraints into disciplined execution at Hwy Haul. His focus is on ensuring processes hold when time matters most, so problems surface early, and downstream failures are prevented, not managed.
